5 Helpful Tips of Healthy Sleep for Your Little Ones


Babies spend most of their time in sleeping. How can you create a healthy sleeping environment? It starts with healthy bedding wrap your little ones up.
  1. Have the room at comfortable temp 18-20 degree;
  2. Have a bed time routine; let your baby know the bed time like putting him/her in the sleep sacking, turning on the lullaby music;
  3. Have a natural, soft and breathable sleep sack or blanket to keep baby warm while release moisture quickly;
  4. Ensure always have baby sleep on his/her back;
  5. Have a fresh airflow in the bed room and all linens are clean and dust free.
